Goal: A water conservation plan from the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico (HBACNM), the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of REALTORS (AMBR) and the Commercial REALTORS Association of New Mexico (CARNM).

Objectives: To initiate an educational campaign to raise the awareness and cognizance of both our members and the general public on the need to conserve more and use less of our most precious resource, water.

Secondly, to propose changes and alterations of existing rules and ordinances affecting real estate at the city and county level that would encourage and incentivize conservation.
