New Mexico NAIOP Chapter Mission Statement The New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties is one of the most active and successful in the country. As part of our mission, we seek to educate our members and the public on real estate issues, are actively involved in civic affairs at the local, county and state level, and endeavor to create an environment that encourages quality growth and development in the state. Our membership represents a cross-section of the state's commercial real estate community and includes major developers, real estate companies, lenders and affiliated professionals. Our
mission is to provide the commercial, office and industrial real estate
industry with a visionary, beneficial and responsive Association, serving
developers, owners, investors, and commercial real estate professionals. We
provide member education, facilitate communication within both the chapter
and the community, foster business opportunities, and promote proactive
public policy through active involvement in the legislative process. The Association is
committed to improving the professionalism of the individual, the image of
the industry, and the quality of life in our communities. |
